At Baillieston Juniors Academy, our mission is to inspire, develop, and support young players by providing a positive, inclusive, and high-quality football environment. Founded in 2024, we are committed to helping every player reach their full potential - on and off the pitch.

We aim to:

• Develop confident, skilled footballers through structured coaching, creativity, and a love of the game.

• Promote teamwork, respect, and discipline, shaping players into responsible young people and positive members of the community.

• Ensure football is accessible to all, regardless of background or ability, by fostering an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.

• Strengthen community connections by engaging families, schools, and local organisations to grow the game and expand opportunities for young people.

• Support our coaches and volunteers, recognising their vital role in providing a safe, enjoyable, and professional football pathway.
